“This photograph is in Taramundi (Asturias), in a rural hotel. We were in nature. Our balcony was just in front of a road and it was delicious...the temperature, the grass. Well, that was for me, a very relaxing place. I think that stress marks our lives now and it shouldn't be like that, we have to take things differently because the brain and the microbiota are connected. And if the brain is bad, so it will be the microbiota."
