“It’s a ‘mountaineer’ breakfast, it is a strong breakfast, which includes dairy, fruit, sausage, cereals and sweets; but it is not too balanced but with enough energy to face the cold day and physical activity that awaits us.”
“The sausages and sweets such as chocolate and pastries that appear are a source of not very healthy food if consumption is frequent, but they compensate with the fruit, cereals and dairy that are needed in the daily diet to balance our microbiota.”
