Rooftop barbecue with an orchard

Here we have one of the photographs and descriptions that our participants shared in the sessions

“It should not be a common practice, the excessive consumption of meat and animal fats are not beneficial for our health. However, disconnecting from daily life, especially during this COVID-19 time, allows us to relax."
"In urban environments you can have areas that promote the cultivation of products for personal consumption. Also, located in areas frequented by everyone can attract interest. For children it is very interesting and it is also very cool that you can say "I'm cooking and I'm going to pick some thyme" and have it all very fresh there.”
"Social events, like barbecues, are necessary but you can reduce the meat and choose healthier recipes with vegetables or salads. Another point to highlight is not to eat excessively in these events."
