"During exam time, June and January, I spend most of the day sitting in the chair."
"I am aware that in the months of exams my physical activity is reduced because I move just a little or nothing from home. Those are periods of my life that I can’t change but I know they are not beneficial for my health.”
“Although the hours I spend sitting are difficult to reduce because the workload is high, I try to do physical exercise with weights at home. It is an exercise I like because it involves a minimal waste of time with a very intense physical activity at the same time. It is true that during those periods I exercise a little outside home. I could walk but it would take more time and I prioritize comfort.”
