SESSION III
Photovoice project
1. WELCOME
We welcomed our participants and solved doubts regarding the dietary records and food frequency questionnaires, which we sent previously.
2. ICEBREAKER
We consider it's very important to spend a few minutes helping our participants to connect with each other and to express their ideas in small groups / rooms.
That is why we prepared an activity called "The desert island".
3. DIVIDE THE GROUP INTO ROOMS
Depending on the participants who attend the session, it is important to think about the possibility to create more small rooms, in this way a better cohesion is developed and they interact better.
In this session they talked about their photographs and chose the one that represented or liked them the most.

Once they talked about their photographs (Photovoice), we asked that using the MENTIMETER platform, they propose 3 categories to group all the photographs they had seen, both their own and those of their colleagues.
Since we are going to present exhibitions with the photographs about our participants' habits and lifestyle, we asked them to vote for their favorites on menti.com
We asked the participants to give a rating from 1 to 5 to the session carried out.
